The prices are per person, per night, including accommodation and a rich breakfast.

Supplements and reductions

SINGLE USE €60 per day.

3rd/4th adult bed (from 13 years old) in a double room:

LOW SEASON €30 HIGH SEASON €35

Reduction for children in a room with two adults:

0 to 2 years: FREE if they sleep with their parents / €10 for a cot / €15 for a single bed, NOT per night, but for the total stay.

3 to 6 years: LOW SEASON €20 HIGH SEASON €25

7 to 12 years: LOW SEASON €25 HIGH SEASON €30

Booking Conditions

At the time of booking, the guest will have to pay an amount equal to 50% of the total stay through a bank transfer or with Satispay.

Stay Conditions

IOn the day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 3:00 PM.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM.

As the Bed & Breakfast is a small family-run establishment, there is no reception service available at all times of the day. Therefore, each guest is required to communicate their expected arrival time to the property owner via phone/email.

Smoking is not allowed inside the establishment.

The use of the kitchen is not permitted, except for special needs that must be agreed upon with the staff.

Room cleaning will be carried out daily from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. If the room is not available during this time, the cleaning will be postponed to the next day.

It is strictly prohibited to receive visitors and additional guests other than those staying on the premises.

A correct and respectful use of the toilet facilities is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet and using the appropriate waste bins.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 14 days before check-in, the deposit can be discounted towards the cost of a subsequent vacation during the same season, while for cancellations within 14 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

Pet Regulations

We accept small dogs with an additional fee NOT per day but on the total of €15 for cleaning. We ask that your 4-legged friends be well-behaved and accustomed to staying indoors. They cannot be left alone in the room during the day.
